Return Policy

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are not accepted due to change of mind, dislike, or personal preference.

Exchange can occur only if:

The fit is incorrect – in this situation, only an exchange for a different size of the same outfit will be handled, depending on stock availability.
The item is received in a faulty or damaged state (e.g., significant stitching errors, discolorations, or obvious imperfections).

All products must be unworn, unlaundered, and sent back with the original packaging and labels.

Return Policy

Returns are permitted within 7 days of order delivery.

A refund can only be granted if:

The item is faulty/damaged and cannot be exchanged.
An incorrect or absent item was sent because of a mistake on our end.
Refunds will be issued once the product has been returned and examined by our team.
Refunds do not apply for issues related to size, change of preference, dissatisfaction, or discounted items.

International Shipments

Policy for Exchanges.

Exchange is not available on international orders because of logistical issues.

Return Policy

Returns are not permitted unless in these specific situations:
Item received in a damaged or defective state.
Incorrect or absent item delivered.
In these situations, a partial refund of up to 30% of the product value might be granted, pending management assessment and confirmation (photos/videos needed).
